Your immune system's main function is to fight off any infectious invaders in the body. Today people's immune systems are not what they used to be because of many factors in modern day society (EMFs, seed oils, air/water pollution, heavy metals, processed & sugar filled diets, plastics, etc.). People have started to try find new and more natural ways of boosting the immune system since recent events of 2020. Here are a few ways that can help you support your immune system.

  1. Reduce your stress: Stress can negatively impact your immune system and make you more prone to infections.
